1. Scope of service
We are an independent third-party concierge and booking-assistance service. We do not sell tickets to the Basílica de la Sagrada Família ourselves. When you place an order, you authorize us to purchase an official ticket on your behalf and to provide additional services that accompany your visit, including:
- purchasing and securing the official entry ticket on your behalf;
- providing a multi-language audio guide for your visit;
- offering customer support and practical guidance before and during your visit;
- delivering your ticket digitally via email.
We do not operate the Basílica de la Sagrada Família and do not control access, opening hours, ticket availability, schedules, or any policies of the venue. We do not represent ourselves as the official ticket vendor of the basilica, and visitors may always choose to purchase tickets directly through official channels.
2. Ticket purchases
- All ticket purchases made through our website are subject to availability.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, you will receive your ticket(s) via email.
3. Delivery of tickets
- Tickets are delivered digitally to the email address you provided at checkout. We do not issue paper tickets or postal delivery.
- Our typical delivery window is within 15 minutes of successful payment.
- Delivery is not instant. Each order is reviewed and reconciled with the basilica before your ticket is released, which takes time.
- We guarantee delivery within 2 hours of successful payment. If your tickets have not arrived by then, contact us at support@sagrada-familia.store and we will resolve the issue. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you are entitled to a full refund.
- It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout and to check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
4. Prices and payment
The price you pay through this website is not solely the face value of the entry ticket. It reflects the cost of the official ticket plus the additional concierge services we provide on your behalf, namely: purchasing and securing the ticket for you, providing a multi-language audio guide, offering customer support and practical guidance before and during your visit, and delivering your ticket digitally.
Because of these additional services, our prices are typically higher than the face value of the official ticket sold by the basilica. By purchasing through us, you acknowledge that you are paying for both the ticket and the convenience and concierge services that accompany it. Tickets are also available for direct purchase through official channels (sagradafamilia.org), which may offer different prices.
- All prices shown include applicable taxes and fees.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe, our third-party payment provider.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing confirmed orders.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled unless otherwise required by law or clearly stated at checkout.
- If the venue (Basílica de la Sagrada Família) closes unexpectedly or cancels access, we will do our best to assist with rescheduling or refund options, but cannot guarantee outcomes.
6. Entry and venue rules
- It is your responsibility to arrive on time and comply with the basilica's entry rules, dress code, and security checks.
- We are not responsible for denied entry due to lateness, non-compliance with the basilica's rules, or personal behaviour.
7. User responsibilities
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the service for fraudulent purposes.
- Interfere with the operation of the site.
- Copy or distribute ticket content without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
- We do our best to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on our site.
- However, we are not liable for inaccuracies or changes made by the basilica.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to process your order and provide customer service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Barcelona, Spain.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
